DANISH HONEY · WEST JUTLAND
Pure Danish nature. Distinctly heather.
Four Danish honeys, shaped by the seasons. At the heart of the collection is heather honey from the West Jutland heath — deep in colour, warm with spice, naturally dense.
PURE DANISH NATURE
Honey, with nothing unnecessary
Harvested in Denmark, gently extracted from the comb. Nothing else is added. What remains is the colour, aroma and texture of the harvest.

THE SIGNATURE OF DANSK LYNG
Rare in season. Unmistakable in the jar.
Across the West Jutland heath, heather blooms for a brief season in late summer. The honey is deep amber to reddish-brown, full and floral, with warm spice and a lingering finish. It is naturally dense — closer to a soft gel than to a runny blossom honey. In the jar, it is unmistakably heather.
FOUR DANISH HONEYS
One landscape. Four distinct honeys.
Heather honey is our signature. Wildflower, late-summer and forest honey reveal other seasons and sources, creating a collection that moves from pale and delicate to dark and full-flavoured.

Wildflower honey

SIMPLY HONEY
The harvest, not a house style.
Colour, aroma and texture follow the source and the year. Heather honey is dense by nature; wildflower, late-summer and forest honey each have a character of their own. What you taste is the season.
